Non-Credit Option

Participants who are not currently enrolled at an educational institution, or those who do not choose the credit option, will receive an official certificate of completion from Global Majority at the end of the training program. All course seminars and activities must be attended.

Credit Option

upeace_hall Each participant will have the option to receive four (4) course credits through University for Peace or four California law credits through the Monterey College of Law. The duration of the course will result in over 60 hours of instruction. Please contact your university registrar to make sure that these hours are transferable to your program of study. Course participants will be required to attend all sessions and satisfactorily complete course assignments. These assignments will include essays, group projects, mediation preparation, and a final exam.

Course credits may be transferred to a student's home university. Students are responsible, however, for arranging transfer of credits. Please discuss this option with your advisor and the appropriate department at your home university. Application to transfer credit hours is the student's responsibility, not Global Majority's.

Participants will receive an official certificate of completion of the program from Global Majority and University for Peace. Confirmation of academic credit will be provided to pre-qualified students only including a course grade and official transcript. Attendance and active participation in all of the training program events is required to be eligible for academic credit.

Please Note: Global Majority only has a limited number of tuition scholarships available. Please search for other funding institutions (such as, but not limited to, those provided on the Funding page) before contacting Global Majority for additional information.
