PROMOTING PEACE THROUGH DIALOGUE, SOUTH AFRICA 2009 International Seminar & Conference on Transitional Justice & Conflict Resolution JOHANNESBURG, SOUTH AFRICA JUNE 15 – July 5, 2009 Academic Credit OptionEach participant will have the option to receive two pass/fail course credits through the seminar's academic sponsor, the University of Johannesburg. The duration of the course will result in over 60 hours of instruction. Please contact your university registrar to make sure that these hours are transferable to your program of study. Course participants will be required to attend all sessions and satisfactorily complete course assignments. These assignments will include essays, mediation preparation, and a final exam. Participants will receive an official certificate of completion of the program from Global Majority and the University of Johannesburg. Confirmation of academic credit will be provided to pre-qualified students only including a pass/fail grade and official transcript. Presence and participation in all of the training program events is required to be eligible for academic credit. Students will be evaluated by faculty consistent with academic institutional standards. |
