Global Majority works with students, young and old alike to train them in nonviolent conflict resolution.

We have conducted 14 international peace and education training seminars in Chile, Costa Rica, Israel, Jordan, Nepal, Palestine, South Africa, and the United States. We continue to work with those involved in and affected by conflict to enable them to transform their conflict interactions.

Locally, we work with at-risk/special needs youth in Salinas, California through our Conflict Management Program. Salinas has one of the highest violent crime rates in California (over 1,000 homicides, assaults, robberies, and other violent crimes according to the Office of the Attorney General). As youth are disproportionately affected by acts of violence, we strive to empower the youth of Salinas to turn away from violence and instead choose peaceful methods to resolve their daily conflicts.
